And the agents in our network of clients are able to support one-another through referrals and tips without taking business away from each other!
We work with some busy agents. Some of our clients are pushing over 20 deals per month. So we want to make sure we're not adding to their pile of work unnecessarily.
Our realtors generally spend between 30 to 60 minutes with us per week. We're able to take away ~40 hours of effort from that.
Real estate can be a rollercoaster. So we’ve kept it simple:
- $4,995 start-up fee to get everything set up.
- 8% on the first $500,000 in GCI
- 5% on the next $500,000
- 3% on anything beyond that

Upon the conclusion of our relationship, we'll provide you with all the necessary files and access credentials you need to take full control of your website, social media profiles, and any other digital assets we've developed for you. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition, allowing you to continue your marketing efforts seamlessly.
Wonderful question. We’ll be in touch regularly with you basically every day, as if we’re a member of your team. We use Slack as our main method of communication. We hope you’ll think of Slack as your “marketing channel.” On top of daily Slack comms, we’ll have regular Zoom meetings (1st month = weekly, 2nd month = bi-weekly, 3rd month and on = monthly). For sharing files, we find that Google Drive works best.
