Yes! We bring the absolute best value to our agents, giving them the highest competitive edge in their city. It’s important that our clients don’t feel like we’re giving away their secrets. And the agents in our network of clients are able to support one-another through referrals and tips without taking business away from each other!
We work with some busy agents. Some of our clients are pushing over 20 deals per month. So we want to make sure we're not adding to their pile of work unnecessarily.
Our realtors generally spend between 30 to 60 minutes with us per week. We're able to take away ~40 hours of effort from that.
We offer 2 payment options:
1) a flat monthly payment of $2,495 / month, from which we take $1,000 and put it towards your ad-spend (you won't see any unexpected expenses from us!)
2) A $4,995 start-up fee and then 8% of all Gross Commission Income (GCI) in a calendar month. This option does not include ad-spend.
We offer the second option because we know real estate can be a volatile industry, so if you have a bad month, so do we! We’re in it together.
We do. We believe that, at the end of the day, we need to help you grow your business. Our guarantee is this: We will increase your GCI by $100,000 while working with us in the first 12 months or we work for you for free until we achieve that goal. Yes! For those who choose the "Super Mushroom"Â plan, we'll set aside $1,000 of your monthly fee to go towards ad-spend.
If you choose the "Invincibility Star" plan, you'll need to set aside your own ad budget, but we'll work closely with you to determine what an appropriate budget is for you.

If you decide to part ways with us, rest assured that all the digital assets we've created together—your custom website, content, and any creative materials—remain yours. We believe in building value for our clients that lasts beyond our partnership. Upon the conclusion of our relationship, we'll provide you with all the necessary files and access credentials you need to take full control of your website, social media profiles, and any other digital assets we've developed for you. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition, allowing you to continue your marketing efforts seamlessly.
Wonderful question. We’ll be in touch regularly with you basically every day, as if we’re a member of your team. We use Slack as our main method of communication. We hope you’ll think of Slack as your “marketing channel.” On top of daily Slack comms, we’ll have regular Zoom meetings (1st month = weekly, 2nd month = bi-weekly, 3rd month and on = monthly). For sharing files, we find that Google Drive works best.
